Our current benefits include:

Health Insurance- 100% paid by S&C Bank for employee only coverage.

Flexible Spending Account- Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars for use to purchase vision care, prescriptions, child care, etc.

Dental Insurance- 100% paid by S&C Bank for employee only coverage.

Life & LTD Insurance- 100% paid by S&C Bank- 2 times annual salary for life insurance- 4 times annual salary for life if accidental death- 60% of annual salary for LTD.

Short Term Disability- 100% paid for by S&C Bank- 60% of annual salary for 11 weeks.

Paid Holidays- Six paid holidays per year

PTO Hours- All new employees receive 16 days of paid time off each year for the first four years.  At five years they receive 21 days and at fifteen they will receive 26 days.  These amounts will be prorated according to their hire date.

Tuition Reimbursement- $750 per term and $2,250 per year

Cancer/Disease Insurance- 100% paid by employee

Vision Insurance- 100% paid by S&C Bank for employee only coverage.

Voluntary Life Insurance- 100% paid by employee

Long-Term Care Insurance- 100% paid by employee

Incentive Compensation Program- Officer incentive program with specific goals & obligations

401k Profit Sharing Plan -Match dollar for dollar up to 3%.
